Convention and Event Photography Package

Digital journalistic coverage of events.

$250. per hour, per photographer
up to 10 hours
includes travel time

OR

$1,500. per day, per photographer
maximum 6 hours
includes travel time

Payment for your session is by cash or check only. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon scheduling - remaining balance due at the end of the event. A MINIMUM NOTICE OF 72 HOURS IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF YOUR SESSION. If a reschedule date is available a $50. reschedule fee would apply.

Booking Procedures:

* Session Bookings are First Come - First Serve.
* A 25% Deposit is required to Book and Secure all Event and Session dates.
* As a Courtesy - Session Date Requests are reserved and held for 5 days from the time we receive your initial Inquiry.
* You will receive a reply to your Inquiry within 1 or 2 days.
* Each reply will have an attached Agreement based on the Service you are Booking.
