DO I NEED A BEACH WEDDING PERMIT?Yes, if you are being married on a beach in Hawaii you do need a permit. If you have a wedding coordinator, he/she usually arranges for the permit and usually will charge you for it. This is a further layer of protection for our couples, as they can rest assured that only licensed, fully insured wedding professionals will be conducting their romantic Maui beach weddings and vow renewals.
