Booking Procedures
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Acceptable method of payment method: Visa, Master Card or Cash.
No personal checks, out of state checks or money grams will be accepted.
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. You may change your date without any other charges up to 72 hours before your shoot as long as there is availability without any charge. Your deposit will be deducted from your total fee.
Session bookings are First Come – First Serve. As a courtesy, session date requests are reserved and held for 72 hours from the time we receive your initial inquiry. Each secured date will have an invoice outlining our agreement based on the service you are booking.
Final payment is due no later than one week before your schedule date.

Shipping of your final package will be within 7-21 days from your photo shoot unless verbally told otherwise.
Tax and $12.00 Shipping will be added to your total.
Hana Shoots- Please add $200.00 to the total.
Final payment is due one week before the day of the shoot.
