Maui Family Portrait Prices
When considering Maui family portrait prices, there is never anything more special than capturing your family moments through the eye of a camera; one that will leave lasting memories for all to cherish. Since each family has different expectations when it comes to photography, we charge an image fee, rather than limiting you into choosing a preset package. We then edit the images in Photoshop and provide you with a DVD to take home. We use a combination of natural and off camera light to create a polished feel to your images.
Every Package Includes:
- Every package includes the first 30 minutes of travel time. Anything beyond 30 minutes will include an additional charge of $75. (Hana and West Side are excluded. See below under “Travel Notes” for information on these two locations).
- Free on-line viewing gallery with a private password for you, your friends and family to view.
- The option to purchase additional images directly from the on-line store on the Behind The Lens Maui website.
- Note: Prices do not include tips or gratuities. 4.167% Hawaii Sales Tax

Travel Notes
- Any photos shot on the Hana side will include an additional $200. fee.
- Any photos shot on the West side will include an additional $25. Fee.
- Up to two locations for your shoot are included as long as the locations are within 5 miles of each other. If over 5 miles apart, a $25. fee will be added.

- You will receive 18 images that are chosen by you and are professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping on a DVD with all rights to reproduce images.

- You will receive All images (approx 100-150 shots) that are professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping on a DVD with all rights to reproduce images.
- You will receive top images that are selected by the photographer of your session that will have virtual copies made of them and additional effects will be used to enhance the copies such as: Black and White, Sepia Tone, diffusers and or many other special effects.

- $250.00 non refundable deposit required to secure your date
- Add an extra hour and go to two locations for $225 extra

- 1 hour45 minutes-photo shoot. (up to 2 locations) (Ideal for larger family)
- You will receive All images (approx 200-250 shots) that are professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping on a DVD with all rights to reproduce images.
- You will receive top images that will have virtual copies made of them and additional effects will be used to enhance the copies such as: Black and White, Sepia Tone, diffusers and or many other special effects.

Additional Items Available For Purchase
- You also have the option to purchase additional images, prints, albums and other items directly from the on-line store on the Behind The Lens Maui website.
- Additional image DVD’s are available for $25 each.
- Additional slide show DVD’s are available for $25 each.
- Add an extra hour for $225.00 (only one hour maybe added to your package).
- Add a second photographer for $150.00 per hour.

Booking Procedures
- All wedding parties will be required to sign a wedding contract.
- Note: ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. To lock in your pricing, please sign your wedding contract and provide your non-refundable deposit within 14 days after receiving your wedding contract.
- Acceptable method of payment method: Visa, Master Card or Cash. No personal checks, out of state checks or money grams will be accepted.
- A $150.00- $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit amount depends on package selected.
- You may change your date without any other charges up to 72 hours before your shoot as long as there is availability without any charge. Your deposit will be deducted from your total fee.
- Session bookings are First Come – First Serve. As a courtesy, session date requests are reserved and held for 72 hours from the time we receive your initial inquiry. Each secured date will have an invoice outlining our agreement based on the service you are booking.
- Final payment is due no later than one week before your schedule date.

Shipping and Handling
- Shipping of your final package will be within 7-21 days from your photo shoot unless verbally told otherwise.
- Shipping to multiple parties will result in additional shipping charges.
- Tax, along with Shipping and Handling, will be added to your total.
- Shipping and handling fee is $19.95 within the United States for any item out of the package deal. Out of the country fees: Canada $30.00 and all other countries $40.00
