Weddings
Each wedding party has different expectations when it comes to photography. Therefore, we do not offer traditional photo packages such as albums and prints. In addition, rather than limiting you to choose a preset package, we charge an image creation fee based on the amount of time spent. We will consult you first to learn about your expectations and work with you to capture your wedding naturally. You may have a more traditional shoot in mind or may want to add a bit of flair and have a desire for a creative approach. Our goal is to customize your shoot with you in mind.
Note – Wedding Packages
– A DVD slide show of you images cherographed to music can be added to your package for $85.00
Option 1)
$625.00 – (2) hour photo shoot and up to two locations. Travel time to and from location is included, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. *Note: Hana side -add $200.00 to the fee ( $200.00 Deposit required to secure date)
Images will be professionally edited. Editing includes: enhancements, effects and/or cropping. You will receive all images on CD to reproduce as you like. We offer on-line viewing gallery for all wedding packages where you can choose to order high quality prints and/or albums if you wish through our on-line store.
Option 2)
$825.00 – (4) hour photo shoot and up to three locations. Travel time to and from location is included, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. *Note: Hana side -add $200.00 to the fee ($200.00 Deposit Required to secure date)
Same package as Option 1, with the exception of additional photo shoot time and an additional location.
Option 3)
$975.00 – (6) hour photo shoot and up to three locations. Travel time to and from location is included, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. *Note: Hana side -add $200.00 to the fee
Same package as Option 2, with the exception of additional photo shoot time. ($300.00 Deposit to secure date)
Option 4)
$1,300.00 – (8) hour photo shoot and up to three locations. DVD of final edited photos set to music in a slide show presentation. Your shoot also includes a 30 min engagement photo session which can be on the same day as your wedding and or set up before and or after your wedding date. Travel time to and from location is included, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. *Note: Hana side -add $200.00 to the fee ($400 Deposit required to secure date)
Same package as Option 2, with the exception of additional photo shoot time, a professional slide show cherographed to music and a 30 minute engagement photo session before and or after your wedding date.
Wedding Specials For Those On A Budget
Option A)
$ 375.00 - (1) hour photo shoot. Travel time to and from the location is included, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. *Note: Hana side – add $200.00 to the fee ($150.00 Deposit Required to Secure Date)
Package includes: (24) 4×6 custom prints along with the images to be professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping on to a CD. This package also includes a free on-line viewing gallery with a private password for you, your friends and family to view. You also have the option to purchase any other additional images directly from the Behind The Lens Maui website via it’s on-line store. Additional images on disk also can be purchase directly from the photographer. The shoot will include: the ceremony, individual portraits, family members alone and with the bride & groom, as well as shots together, both candid and posed.
Option B)
$ 475.00 – (1) hour photo shoot. Travel time to and from the location is included, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75 per hour. *Note: Hana side -add $200.00 to the fee ($150.00 Deposit Required to Secure Date)
– A DVD slide show of you images cherographed to music can be added to your package for $85.00
Package includes: Same as Option A, except you will not receive the (24) 4×6 custom prints, as you will own all rights to the images and can make your own prints as you wish. Aprox. 75-80 images
Booking Procedures
- Weddings- All wedding parties will be required to sign a wedding contract.
-Acceptable payment method: Visa or Master Card or cash
-No personal checks, out of state checks or money grams will be accepted.
-Session bookings are First Come – First Serve.
-Final payment is due no later than one week before your schedule date.
-As a courtesy, session date requests are reserved and held for 72 hours from the time we receive your initial inquiry.
-Each secured date will have an invoice outlining our agreement based on the service you are booking.
-Tax and $12.00 Shipping will be added to your total.

10% off Family Portrait Package for locals
-Shipping of your final package will be within 7-21 days from your shoot unless verbally told otherwise
-Up to two locations for your shoot , if time allows as long as the locations are within 5 miles. If over 5 miles, a $50 charge will be added.
- Hana Shoots- Please add $200.00 to the total
-A $150.00- $400.00 non- refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit amount depends on package selected. You may change your date without any other charges up to 72 hours before your shoot as long as there is availability without any charge. Your deposit will be deducted from your total fee.
- Final payment is due one week before the day of the shoot.
-Extra DVD’s are $10 each
- Shipping to multiple parties will result in additional shipping charges.
