Did some research on photographers in Maui because I wanted to take professional, family photos while we were on vacation. Decided to go with Nicole and Behind the Lens because they seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for. Contact was mainly through email, but she is very quick in responses. With me being a very picky and indecisive person, I kept asking her questions about location preferences, top places to shoot, etc. She was so nice about answering my needs and even gave me tips on things to do and places to eat in the area. She was my ultimate Maui guide.Finally met with Nicole for our family shots and she was just as awesome in person than just through emails.  We have a 21 month old who doesn’t want to cooperate all the time, but she was super patient and just made our entire shoot feel like a family outing.  We just played with our daughter and Nicole was just snapping away.The shoot ended and I was saddened.  Nicole was just so friendly and funny, and professional all at the same time. She made my super bashful husband and crazy toddler feel comfortable the entire time of the shoot. I thought we were going to feel uneasy and unnatural doing photos, but we experienced the complete opposite.Hands down, best photography experience, ever! Thank you Nicole…
