Each wedding party has different expectations when it comes to photography. Therefore, we do not offer traditional photo packages such as albums and prints. In addition, rather than limiting you to choose a preset package, we charge an image creation fee based on the amount of time spent. The fee does include light editing. We will consult you first to learn about your expectations and work with you to capture your wedding naturally. You may have a more traditional shoot in mind or may want to add a bit of flair and have a desire for a creative approach. Our goal is to customize your shoot with you in mind. We can also arrange to split your time up on separate days with a slight fee increase. Remember, your photographs will be yours to capture the day you have dreamed of since your days of your youth. So relax and let us capture it for you.
Each package includes: travel time to and from the location is included, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. Note: Any photos shot on the Hana side will include an additional $200.00 to the fee. Each package also includes a free on-line viewing gallery with a private password for you, your friends and family to view. You also have the option to purchase any other additional images directly from the Behind The Lens Maui website via it’s on-line store. Additional images on disk can also be purchased directly from the photographer. All images will be chosen by photographer. - Package A) $285.00 (special pricing) - Package includes: 1-hour photo shoot and 18 images on CD. The shoot will include: the wedding ceremony and photos of the bride, groom and family after the ceremony; both candid and posed. ($150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date).
- Package B) $385.00 (special pricing) - Package includes: 1-hour photo shoot, (36) images professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropped on CD. The shoot will include: the wedding ceremony and photos of the bride, groom and family after the ceremony; both candid and posed. ($250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date)
- Package C) $ 525.00 - Package includes: 1-hour photo shoot and all your images taken on CD with all rights to reprint. You will receive approx. 100-150 images. ($300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date)
- Package D) $675.00 - Package includes: 2-hour photo shoot and up to two locations. Images will be professionally edited. Editing includes: enhancements, effects and/or cropping of all your images taken on CD with all rights to reprint. You will receive approx. 200-250 images. ($350.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date)
- Package E) $1,125.00 - Package includes: 4-hour photo shoot and up to three locations. Images will be professionally edited. Editing includes: enhancements, effects and/or cropping of all your images taken on CD with all rights to reprint. You will receive approx. 350-400 images. ($450.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date)
- Package F) $1,625.00 - Package includes: 6-hour photo shoot and up to three locations. Images will be professionally edited. Editing includes: enhancements, effects and/or cropping of all your images taken on CD with all rights to reprint. You will receive approx. 550-600 images. ($500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date)
- Package G) $2,600.00 – Package includes: 8-hour photo shoot and up to three locations. DVD of final edited photos set to music in a slide show presentation. Your shoot also includes a 45-minute engagement photo session which can be on the same day as your wedding and/or set up before or after your wedding date. If your not from Hawaii and can’t do a engagement session, you will receive a $175.00 discount. Images will be professionally edited. Editing includes: enhancements, effects and/or cropping of all your images taken on CD with all rights to reprint. You will receive approx. 700-750 images. ($500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date)

DVD slide show of your images choreographed to music can be added to your package for $125.00 (note: this DVD is included in Package G). (The slide show will also include small video clips mixed with still photos.)

Booking Procedures
All wedding parties will be required to sign a wedding contract.
Note: ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. To lock in your pricing, please sign your wedding contract and provide your non-refundable deposit within 14 days after receiving your wedding contract.
Acceptable method of payment method: Visa, Master Card or Cash.
No personal checks, out of state checks or money grams will be accepted.
Session bookings are First Come – First Serve.
Final payment is due no later than one week before your schedule date.
As a courtesy, session date requests are reserved and held for 72 hours from the time we receive your initial inquiry.
Each secured date will have an invoice outlining our agreement based on the service you are booking.
Tax and $12.00 Shipping will be added to your total.
Shipping of your final package will be within 7-21 days from your photo shoot unless verbally told otherwise.
Up to two locations for your shoot, if time allows and as long as the locations are within 5 miles of each other. If over 5 miles, a $50 charge will be added.
Hana Shoots- Please add $200.00 to the total.
A $150.00- $400.00 non- refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit amount depends on package selected. You may change your date without any other charges up to 72 hours before your shoot as long as there is availability without any charge. Your deposit will be deducted from your total fee.
All wedding clients must sign a wedding contract
