Maui Wedding Photographer Prices

 

Maui wedding photographer prices are much like each wedding party, as there are different expectations when it comes to the shooting of their wedding. Therefore, we do not offer traditional photo packages such as albums and prints. In addition, rather than limiting you to choose a preset package, our Maui wedding photographer prices are based on an image creation fee based on the amount of time spent. The fee does include light editing. We will consult you first to learn about your expectations and work with you to capture your wedding naturally. You may have a more traditional shoot in mind or may want to add a bit of flair and have a desire for a creative approach. Our goal is to customize your shoot with you in mind. We can also arrange to split your time up on separate days with a slight fee increase. Remember, your photographs will be yours to capture the day you have dreamed of since your days of your youth. So relax and let us capture it for you.

Every Package Includes

  • Travel time to and from the location, as long as it is within 30 minutes driving time. Any travel time longer than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $75.00 per hour.
  • Free on-line viewing gallery with a private password for you, your friends and family to view.
  • The option to purchase additional images directly from the on-line store on the Behind The Lens Maui website.
  • Note: Prices do not include tips or gratuities. 4.167% Hawaii Sales Tax
    will be added to all packages.

Travel Notes

  • Any photos shot on the Hana side will include an additional $200. fee.
  • Any photos shot on the West side will include an additional $25. Fee.
    • Up to two locations for your shoot, if time allows and as long as the locations are within 5 miles of each other. If over 5 miles, a $50 charge will be added.

Package A) – $395.

  • 1-hour photo shoot.
  • 48 images on DVD, along with all rights to reprint.
  • The shoot will include: the wedding ceremony, along with photos of the bride, groom and family after the ceremony; both candid and posed.
  • Professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping.
  • $250. non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.

Package B) – $495.

  • 1-hour photo shoot.
  • 60 images on DVD, along with all rights to reprint.
  • The shoot will include: the wedding ceremony, along with photos of the bride, groom and family after the ceremony; both candid and posed.
  • Professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping.
  • $250. non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.

Package C) – $685.

  • 1-hour photo shoot.
  • Up to Two shooting locations.
  • Approximately 150-200 images on DVD, along with all rights to reprint.
  • Professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping.
  • $350. non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.

Package D) – $985.

  • 2-hour photo shoot.
  • Up to Two shooting locations.
  • Approximately 250-300 images on DVD, along with all rights to reprint.
  • Professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping.
  • $450. non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.
  • Add a second photographer for $150. per hour

Package E) – $1,675.

  • 4-hour photo shoot.
  • Up to Three shooting locations.
  • Approximately 450-500 images on DVD, along with all rights to reprint.
  • Professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping.
  • $600. non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.
  • Add a second photographer for $150. per hour or purchase 2 hours and receive one hour for free for a total of 3 hours.

  • Receive $50 of print credit

Package F) – $2,750.

  • 6-hour photo shoot.
  • Up to Three shooting locations.
  • Approximately 650-700 images on DVD, along with all rights to reprint.
  • Professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping.
  • $600. non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.
  • Second Photographer included for 2 hours.
  • Add additional time  a second photographer for $150.  per hour

  •  Receive $75.00 in Print Credit

Package G) – $3,850.

  • 8-hour photo shoot.
  • Up to Three shooting locations.
  • Approximately 850-1,000 images on DVD, along with all rights to reprint.
  • Your shoot also includes a 1.5 hour engagement photo session which can be on the same day as your wedding and/or set up before or after your wedding date. If you’re not from Hawaii and can’t do a engagement session, you will receive a discount of $225. off the 8-hour package price..
  • Professionally edited with enhancements, effects and/or cropping.
  • $750. non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.
  • Includes a second photographer for 4 hours.
  • Add second photographer for additional hour for $150 per hour
  • Includes: $150 of print credit with Smugmug

Booking Procedures

  • All wedding parties will be required to sign a wedding contract.
  • Note: ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. To lock in your pricing, please sign your wedding contract and provide your non-refundable deposit within 14 days after receiving your wedding contract.
  • Acceptable method of payment method: Visa, Master Card or Cash. No personal checks, out of state checks or money grams will be accepted.
  • A $250.00- $750.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit amount depends on package selected. You may change your date without any other charges up to 72 hours before your shoot as long as there is availability without any charge. Your deposit will be deducted from your total fee.
  • Session bookings are First Come – First Serve. As a courtesy, session date requests are reserved and held for 72 hours from the time we receive your initial inquiry. Each secured date will have an invoice outlining our agreement based on the service you are booking.
  • Final payment is due no later than one week before your schedule date.

Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping of your final package will be within 7-21 days from your photo shoot unless verbally told otherwise.
  • Shipping to multiple parties will result in additional shipping charges.
  • Tax, along with Shipping and Handling, will be added to your total.
  • Shipping and handling fee is $19.95 within the United States. Out of the country fees: Canada $30.00 and all other countries $40.00
