Maui Convention and Event Photography Prices

When considering Maui Convention and Event photography prices, there is never anything more important and businesslike than capturing your events through the eye of a camera; one that will leave lasting memories for all. Since each convention and/or event has different expectations, we offer different packages with additional options. All images are professionally edited in Photoshop.

Packages Include:

• Digital journalistic coverage of events to includes: Corporate events, meetings and banquets

Packages

Hourly Convention and/or Event Package

• Hourly: $250. per hour, per photographer.
• Minimum 2 hours.
• Includes travel time. (Exceptions – For Hana Shoots, add $200.; For West Side Shoots, add $25.)

Half-Day Convention and/or Event Package

• Half-Day Rate: $975. (one photographer). Additional Photographer – add $400.
• Maximum 4 hours.
• Includes travel time. (Exceptions – For Hana Shoots, add $200.; For West Side Shoots, add $25.)

Full-Day Convention and/or Event Package

• Full-Date Rate: $1,600. per day (one photographer)
• Additional Photographer – add $800.
• Maximum 8 hours.
• Includes travel time. (Exceptions – For Hana Shoots, add $200.; For West Side Shoots, add $25.)

Booking Procedures

• Acceptable method of payment method: Visa, Master Card or Cash. No personal checks, out of state checks or money grams will be accepted.
• A  deposit of 20% of your total is required to secure your date. You may change your date without any other charges up to 72 hours before your shoot as long as there is availability. Your deposit will be deducted from your total fee.
• Session bookings are First Come – First Serve. As a courtesy, session date requests are reserved and held for 72 hours from the time we receive your initial inquiry. Each secured date will have an invoice outlining our agreement based on the service you are booking.
• Final payment is due one week prior to photo shoot. Exceptions can be made for payment on day of shoot with prior approval by photographer.

Shipping and Handling

• Shipping of your final package will be within 7-21 days from your photo shoot unless verbally told otherwise.
• Shipping to multiple parties will result in additional shipping charges.
• Tax, along with Shipping and Handling, will be added to your total.
• Shipping and handling fee is $19.95 within the United States. Out of the country fees: Canada $30. and all other countries $40.
