There is no place like Maui for your destination wedding. I mean, let’s face it; Hawaii has perfect weather year round, and palm trees sway so gracely along the pristine, white, sandy beaches which is also surrounded by the clear, blue ocean. It’s no wonder how Maui has been in the top five spot vacation and honeymoon destinations year after year.

When my phone rang, I noticed the callers ID number was local. To my surprise, the caller was inquiring about engagement photos and mentioned they were also looking for a photographer for their upcoming wedding.   After several conversations, the couple hired our photography services for both the engagement session and wedding. Tracy and JoJo planned to have their wedding at the Olowalu Camp Ground, and when I arrived, the setting was set up perfectly, with family and friends who started to arrive ahead of schedule.

The energy was high; guests were excited and happy to be there to celebrate with the couple. When the bride walked in with her father, the crowed gasped. Tracy looked  absolutly stunning and was smiling from ear to ear as she walked down the isle towards her husband to be. There was a lot of emotion, love, and joy surrounding this couple, and it was amazing for me as their photographer being there to capture each moment.

Being a part of this wedding, for me, was special, and when I looked back at the photos of these two, it brings me back to their special day and how much I enjoyed being able to capture it all on film for them. “Thank -you, ” Tracy and JoJo for choosing us at Behind The Lens Maui as your Maui Wedding Photographer.
